Sometimes the best camera anyone can have, is the one in your hand at the time you take the shot. I love my Olympus OM-D E-M5 and cant wait until I can upgrade to the OM-D E-M1X. In the mean time I enjoy my old camera. Sometimes people think I forget, that there are other cameras out there. Some ask me what is the best. Simply, the one in your hand when you take the shot is the best one. The photo here was taken with the camera on my MotoX4 and as you can see it captures very nice pictures. Now, I am actually not a fan of phone cameras. Mainly because their sensors are too small, and they only capture 1/3rd of the data, then use nice algorithms to create the photo. The MotoX4 does this very well. But I still can tell it was taken with a phone cam. But that is not my point. My point is, you dont have to have what may seem to be the best, latest and greatest to take great photographs. All you need is vision, passion and something in your hand, anything that will capture light and transfer that into a visible image. Sometimes, simple is all you need.
